How much does a website cost?
It depends on the number of pages and on what the site has to do: an English version, a shop, online booking. The quote is free and gives you a firm price, written and itemized. It only changes if you ask for something that is not in it. You pay in three instalments: at signing, when you approve the design, and at launch.
How long before the site is live?
We set the timeline in the quote. It starts once we have what we need to begin, mainly your photos and your answers to our questions about your trade: that is almost always where a project drags.
Who owns the site once it is delivered?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the site is your property, and the code is handed over on request. If we part ways, you leave with everything, and we transfer the files to whoever you choose.
Who writes the text?
We can write it for you. We research your trade and your customers, ask you the right questions, then write each page. You review and correct it before launch: nobody knows your service better than you. If you would rather write it yourself, we send you a page-by-page plan.
What happens after launch?
Thirty days of support are included. After that, hosting with upkeep keeps the site alive: server, certificate, backups, updates, and one hour of changes a year for a line of text, your hours or a photo.
Do you work across Québec?
Yes. The studio is in Acton Vale, in Montérégie, and many clients are nearby: Saint-Hyacinthe, Granby, Acton Vale. Design, revisions and launch are done remotely: a site delivered in Laval or Brossard gets the same care.

With a free quote, or with a check-up of your current site. You describe your business and what you need, and Océane answers within one business day. Nothing commits you until you say yes.
