Privacy policy

What this site collects, why, for how long, and the rights the law gives you over your information.

What we collect

When you fill in the quote form, we collect your name, phone number, email, your town if you give it, and the message you write. As you browse, your IP address and basic technical data may be processed by the services described below. We collect no sensitive information, and never ask for a password or a card number.

Why we collect it

The form information serves one purpose: answering your request and preparing your quote. Browsing data, when you consent to it, measures how well our ads work. We use it for nothing else, and never for a newsletter you did not ask for.

Your consent

By sending the form, you consent to your information being used to answer you. For advertising cookies, nothing loads until you accept the banner at the bottom of the screen. You can withdraw consent at any time: clear your browser cookies, or write to us, and tracking stops.

Cookies and trackers

With your consent, this site loads two measurement tools: Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. They set cookies that tell whether a visit came from an ad and whether it led to a request. Without your consent, neither loads.

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in the process. That is required to display the site.

Sharing with third parties and outside Québec

We do not sell or rent your information. The form is handled by our host, in Canada. The measurement tools above belong to Google and Meta, American companies: when you consent, the data they collect may be processed in the United States, under their own policies. That is the only transfer outside Québec, and it happens only with your consent.

How long we keep it

Requests received through the form are kept as long as they serve your project, then deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner, at any time. Measurement cookies expire on their own, on the schedules set by Google and Meta, or as soon as you clear them.

Your rights

Québec law gives you the right to see the information we hold about you, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to withdraw your consent, and to have it deleted. You may also ask to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format. Every request is handled at no cost and without unreasonable delay.

Exercising your rights, or filing a complaint

Write to the person responsible, whose details follow. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to Québec's Commission d'accès à l'information, at cai.gouv.qc.ca.

Minors' information

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect the information of anyone under 14 without a parent's consent. If that happened, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

This policy may change as the site evolves or as the law requires. The date at the top marks the latest version, and a significant change would be flagged on this page.
